- COMBINE BANDS FOR MORE RESISTANCE - We suggest buying more of the lighter bands and combining them for more resistance. As you stretch, the bands will increase in tension which makes them perfect for stretching, pullups, and other workouts.
- RESISTANCE CHART - Check product images for a resistance chart. This will help you choose a band that will fit your application. Orange-Purple-Yellow for basic workouts, Red is good band for pullups-squats, Blue+ for Powerlifting Strongman.
